This is the slimmest tube and the slimmest wand. There is no brush as such. It’s more of a metal tip with tracks that guide lashes into the right place. It is kind of hard to explain!! The photos will make it clear.

Surratt Noir Lash Tint Review

So I couldn’t wait to test this out because I am obsessed with the Surratt Dew Drop foundation that launched last year. It is such a beautiful and brilliant brand.

I have been testing this out and it is a pretty versatile mascara. You can use one coat for lovely black, defined yet natural looking lashes which basically makes you look like you were born with it!! That is perfect if you want that no mascara look but your lashes look a bit limp without it.

It’s also great to add an extra layer or two on the lashes to really extend the length and volume. I love the way the ‘brush’ gets right in to the root and really stretches out each lash.

I have tested over a couple of days, one day using only a small amount, and the next layering it up, and I didn’t notice any flaking or smudging. It literally doesn’t budge. You will need an oil cleanser to properly get it off.

Before & After Photo

You are supposed to curl your lashes before applying this, which I know a lot of you do, but I am vaguely phobic about lash curlers! So I didn’t use one, but I imagine the results would be even better if you did.

Here’s a before and after with one good coat:

You can go much lighter, or much further and really build up to spiky, dramatic lashes if you like. As I said, it’s really versatile.
