I am a big fan of Sisley makeup, so I was super excited to try out the brand new refillable lipsticks. Here’s a look at the Sisley Phyto-Rouge Shine collection for 2022, it is gorgeous! I have lots of photos and swatches for you.
What is Sisley Phyto-Rouge Shine?
Phyto-Rouge Shine is a new-generation lipcare shine lipstick that combines the shine of a gloss, the comfort of a balm and the colour of a lipstick.

My Review of Sisley Phyto-Rouge Shine
The texture of these lipstick is just gorgeous. It melts onto the lips, but in a controlled way so that the colour doesn’t end up going everywhere. Dryness is smoothed over and it really gives the look of soft, cared-for lips.
The balmy formula feels as though it sinks into the lips, rather than just sitting on the surface and as a result it feels genuinely conditioning. The moisturising feel is really long-lasting.
I absolutely love the glossy finish that the Sisley Phyto-Rouge Shine Lipstick delivers. It really makes the lips look juicy and full and illuminates the colour of each shade.
And speaking of shades, there are none I don’t love. Sheer Nude and Sheer Blossom are the most flattering, easy to wear nudes and all the poppier shades create a beautiful vibrancy without being over-powering.
I am loving Sheer Flamingo, Sheer Raspberry and also Sheer Chili for something more statement, but as I said, all the shades are really wearable.
You can go for a light layer for a sheer wash of colour, or build up to increase the intensity, so they are really versatile for day to night.
How is it refilled?
The refill clips into the base of the cap. You simply remove the upper part of the lipstick by pulling it upwards and clip in the new refill.
