There are two brand new shades of the Glossier Lidstar Glistening Eye Glows for 2021 and they are my kind of shades!! The new ones are called Bun and Branch and I have them here to show you along with swatches of all the previous shades.
New Glossier Lidstar Shades for 2021
For 2021 we have two new shades joining the Lidstar line up, which brings the total now eight shades.
The new shades are:
- Bun – a soft champagne with gold shimmer
- Branch – a rich bronze with gold pearl
The existing shades are:
- Herb – smoky green with yellow gold pearl
- Fawn – cool, smoky taupe with violet and neutral gold pearls
- Cub – rose gold with warm shimmer effect
- Slip – sheer baby pink with golden highlight effect
- Moon – sheerest cream base with blueish opalescent glimmer
- Lily – sheer lilac base with blue and violet pearls
What is Glossier Lidstar?

- Wash of twinkling colour
- Ultra-fine multi-colour pearls suspended with coated pigments
- A buttery smooth base for easy blending
- Cream dries down with sheer coverage

My Review
- Easy to wear colour with a glowing finish
- Buildable texture
- Long wear performance
I really like this formula and it is true to the Glossier style which is all about super natural, easy to wear makeup.
The Lidstars impart a veil of colour with a glowing, finish. It’s just a matter of sweeping on the colour with the doe-foot and then shaping and blending with your fingertip.
Perfect! I love their long wear power and also that they are pretty buildable if you want a more intense look.
And I am really loving the new 2021 shades, Bun and Branch. This is such an easy way to way shimmer at all ages as it is subtle and skin-flattering. Just a little note, I think the formula and finish of Bun is superior to Branch. Not sure if anyone else feels the same?
