What is the Charlotte Tilbury Instant Eye Palette Smokey Eyes Are Forever?

• Collector’s edition case

• 12 shades with 4 superstar-lit eye looks
• Palette combines 6 different formulas, from matte and soft shimmer to metallic sparkle and fluid metal
• Matte shadows contain wet or dry powder coated pigments and a powder coating technology where pigments are coated with a mix of silicones and emollient oils
• In dry use, it makes colour easy to blend and build and in wet use, they create a luxury cream-like texture with a cushiony soft feel, increasing play time and enhancing a smoother-looking finish
• The matte shadows also are infused with Glossy Ester which help build the colour intensity and brightness to new levels of performance
• The metallic shades contain luminous pearls for a polished, metallic effect that plays with the light, and a wet powder and moulding transformation system, which is designed to amplify the richness of colour with luminosity and a crystal filter effect
