I have discovered a brand new brush brand and I’m afraid it’s love! Get ready for Zoeva, my much loved Real Techniques brushes have been having a little rest!
This is the Zoeva Rose Gold Luxury Set.
Zoeva Rose Gold Luxury Set Review
Not only do these brushes look lovely (I can’t resist a bit of rose gold) but they also deliver excellent performance and are really good value for money. I have been so impressed. This collection, which is set to launch soon in the UK, contains 8 brushes with a mix of high quality natural hair and synthetic taklon bristles. Here’s the run-down:
Zoeva Rose Gold Luxury Set Review
Zoeva 127 Luxe Sheer Cheek Face Brush
Zoeva 227 Soft Definer Eye Brush
We have:
106 Powder: Apply loose and pressed powder
102 Silk Finish: Apply and blend foundation
110 Face Shape: Contour the face shape with cream and powder products
127 Luxe Sheer Cheek: Apply powder blush
142 Concealer Buffer: Apply and blend concealer
227 Soft Definer: Softly blend and smooth eyeshadow
231 Petit Crease: Accentuating and blending in the crease
317 Wing Liner: Detailed eyeliner strokes and a perfect wing
I won’t talk about every brush as that could get dull but here are my highlights! I adore the Zoeva 102 Silk Finish – I never thought I’d like any other brush for applying foundation than my Real Techniques Buffing Brush but this does an amazing job and I love it. Silk Finish hits the nail on the head as far as descriptions go!
The 227 Eye Definer is a fab crease brush and great for laying down colour in general. I have used it for powder and cream eye shadow and it works beautifully for both. It is also recommended for loose pigments.
The Zoeva 127 Luxe Sheer Cheek is a real favourite – it’s potentially the nicest blush brush I have used and it’s perfect with the amazing new Clinique Cheek Pops. It is super soft and perfectly shaped to catch the cheek bones beautifully with the right hit of colour. I adore it!
The Zoeva Rose Gold Luxury Set isn’t out yet but it will be coming to the UK at Love Makeup soon. By the way the bag is gorgeous too. It has a little inside pocket for smaller items and makes the perfect makeup travel bag. It costs 58 Euro on Zoeva’s European site so I’d imagine it will be about £56-57 here when it arrives. You can check out the rest of the range at Love Makeup in the meantime. The brushes are all available indivudally.
