YSL Volupte Sheer Candy – Sheer Nourishing Lipstick: No12 Tasty Raspberry Review with Swatches

Well I think you all know how excited I get about YSL makeup and I have to say that the Spring 2013 look is certainly no disappointment. I am IN LOVE with the YSL Volupte Sheer Candy in Tasty Raspberry No12.

Isn’t it beautiful? Apart from anything else the packaging is just gorgeous and for me packaging is a big part! Here is the lipstick with the lid on:

It really is handbag candy at its best! But apart from that, the Volupte Sheer Candy formula is pure perfection. In YSL’s words it is “the lip stick that thinks its a lip balm! Dressed in a sheer veil of brilliant color, boosted with a fruit extract rich in vitamins and antioxidants”.

It feels so soft and moisturising and looks beautiful and fresh. It is also the kind of lip product you can put on without using a mirror, so perfect for day time touch ups.
