I have been trialling some samples from the Youngblood Mineral Makeup range and so here I am giving you quick low down on how I got on.
The products I have been using are the Youngblood Mineral Primer and the Youngblood Liquid Mineral Foundation in shade Sunkissed.

I have a couple of different shots for you – one from September when it was still quite summery (above), and one which is more recent (below) to give you an idea of how well the shade copes my different skin tones and appearance.

As you will see, the foundation has adapted incredibly well to my differing skin tones. It really enhances my complexion without masking my natural features, i.e. freckles, which I have quite a few more of in the first shot. I also have a lot more fake tan on in that one too yet it still looks natural and appropriate for my skin colour.
The second more recent shot shows fewer freckles, but that is because I have less now than I did a couple of months ago. I have much paler skin here and the same shade – sunkissed – blends extremely well again. Now you can’t say fairer than that.
It’s fairly light coverage but extremely effective at balancing any redness and uneven tones. It’s really natural looking and feels lights and comfortable. It also has good staying power. In fact the first photo was taken after a day at London Fashion Week.

The primer is lovely and creates a perfect base for the liquid foundation to glide over. I’d imagine that it would be amazing for a powder mineral foundation too. Youngblood describe it as silk-to-powder upon application which I’d say is fairly accurate. It leaves my skin feeling super soft.

The liquid foundation blends extremely easily as it is a fairly runny consistency, also you don’t need very much so very economical. It’s also nicely buidable for any areas where you need more coverage. It contains a deep-sea hydrating complex too – so good very winter skin.

It’s a definite thumbs up from me.
