This is the latest addition to Urban Decay’s Naked range and it is a mini collection of 6 beautiful neutrals – 5 of which are completely matte. There is one satin shade, Venus, which has a lovely semi-shimmer texture which will be great for highlighting or even adding a sheen over the other shades.
Here are some more pics!

There are 3 paler shades – the semi-shimmer Venus (off-white), matte Foxy (cream) and matte Walk of Shame (light nude) – all perfect for creating a lovely base and evening out the skin for other shades.

The darker shades are Naked 2 (taupe), Faint (warm medium-dark brown) and Crave (brown/black) – all matte. They are super gorgeous and smoky and all really pigmented so you’ll be able the play with the levels of intensity.

I’ve got to say, I am a little bit in love with this already and cannot wait to use it!!

One of the great things about this palette is its size. It is perfect to pop into your handbag – much smaller and more convenient than the other Naked palettes. It doesn’t have a brush but that is just the compromise we have to face for its brilliant size, considering it contains 6 full sized eyeshadows.

The packaging has a lovely velvet feel.
It comes in a box with a fab colour guide on the back too.

This is really a must-have palette for anyone who loves neutrals. I shall do a face of the day with this very soon which I am excited about because I’ve heard these shades have some serious staying power!
The Urban Decay Naked Basics palette will cost £20 and launches exclusively online at Debenhams on 11th December 2012. That is a date for your diary!

Not going to lie, I think I need this in my life. I have the original Naked Palette and it’s my favourite thing ever, not so keen on the look of Naked 2 though xx
Great review, I’m even more excited for this than I already was!!! xxx
I love the MUA undressed and heaven and earth palettes!
Oooh I’m VERY tempted by this-I’ve always wished there were more matte shades in the original naked palette! xo
