Urban Decay Matte Revolution Lipstick Alert!

Oh hello! I have just spotted more exciting newness coming from Urban Decay! I am a huge fan of the original Revolution lipsticks from UD. The next step was Sheer Revolution and then came the Revolution Lip Glosses. I love them all. The latest launch on the horizon is possibly the most exciting yet as I am still completely obsessed with the matte lip look. Yes! You guessed it – Urban Decay Matte Revolution Lipstick is on its way.

So there’s only a sneak peek so far on Wende’s (Urban Decay founder) Instagram page, but even this little sneaky peek is looking absolutely amazing!!

There’s limited information just for the US at the moment with a launch of early July, but I am pretty sure these will come to the UK and it will probably be about a month later.

Wende said on her instagram post, “I love the matte lip look, but I hate the dryness…so I made a comfy version of matte. Hope you love it as much as I do.”

Oh gosh. I am pretty certain I will. It sounds like perfection and the shades and textures in this early image look amazing!

Urban Decay Matte Revolution Lipstick is set to launch in the US on 8th July 2015 at UrbanDecay.com. This is the same date as the new Urban Decay Naked Smoky Palette. Stay tuned for more news on both launches. Exciting!!

UPDATE: There has been quite a lot of chat about how these lipsticks share the exact same name as the Charlotte Tilbury Matte Revolution lipsticks, but I think it is worth remembering that Urban Decay launched their original Revolution lipsticks back in the summer of 2013. We have since have the Sheer Revolution, the Revolution Gloss and now these are the matte version.
