It’s the time of year where we need to start thinking about serious sun protection and this new launch from Ultrasun is quite the multi-tasker. Here are the details on the new Ultrasun Face Fluid SPF50+ Brightening & Anti-Pollution formulation which promises to tackle pigmentation and multiple environmental aggressors. I have been giving it a go.

I am a big believer in SPF50. My skin is very intolerant of the sun and I can literally feel freckles popping as soon as I look at it. So I like to finish my skincare with a high SPF before I apply my makeup. This new formula from Ultrasun is particularly appealing as it offers anti-pollution protection as well as high level UVA and UVB filters.

Recent studies have shown that age spots on cheeks increased by 25 per cent with a relatively small increase in pollution levels, so it’s very important to make sure your skin is protected from pollution.

So as you’ll gather, there’s a lot more going on than just sun protection. It’s very similar to my absolute favourite Elizabeth Arden Prevage City Smart SPF50 but without the light tint and coverage.
