Tory Burch Beauty: Fragrance & Makeup with Eau de Parfum Review

American fashion designer Tory Burch is launching a beauty range and it’s coming to UK shores from 20th January 2014 as a Harrods in store and online exclusive. I have a sample of the Tory Burch Eau de Parfum which Tory describes as “a balance of feminity and tomboy, citrus and floral, grounded and graceful”. Take a look!

Tory says that the Tory Burch fragrance is similar to the clothes and accessories – sophisticated but down to earth – this is something that really appeals to me in fragrance. And I really do like this fragrance especially once it has dried down to its soft earthy base. Prices: 30ml £42, 50ml £60. 100ml £80.

So let’s talk notes. It has quite a few of my favourites in there.

Top notes: Grapefruit, mandarin, bergamot (fave and very uplifting), neroli, cassis

Heart notes: Peony, tuberose (love), jasmine sambac (love) and sweet alyssum

Base notes: Cedarwood and Sandalwood

I love the Fretwork design of the lid, it is very Tory Burch and makes the bottle a classic dresser piece. Also in the range is a scented Body Cream, Body Lotion, Bath & Shower, and Candle plus a very decadent looking makeup collection.

Tory Burch makeup includes Lip Colour (£22), Lip & Cheek tint (£27.50, I’d imagine similar to the Aerin one and the range is also made by Lauder), Bronzer and Blush (£35), and a Face Brush (35). I haven’t managed to get my hands on any samples yet but I’d imagine they are gorgeous. What isn’t with Lauder?!
