Well you know that I’m a sucker for a highlighter and this one is pretty special! Here’s the stunningly packaged Too Faced Diamond Light Highlighter that’s launching in the UK really soon. I have lots of photos and swatches for you.

The packaging, which I love, is jewellery box themed.

In fact, the product itself was actually inspired by the diamond ring that co-founder of Too Faced Jeremy, gave to the other co-founder of Too Faced, Jerrod, to celebrate their twentieth anniversary together.

Too Faced Diamond Light Highlighter Swatch

I really love the fine texture of this highlighter. I was kind of expecting it to be a real ‘in your face’ kind of experience, but it delivers such a wearable, natural-looking glow that’s very flattering.

What I really like about this is that it builds and layers really nicely. You can go for quite a subtle, soft glow, or add layers to increase the intensity and get more of a strobe effect.

Also, it’s very kind to skin and doesn’t emphasise enlarged pores or texture, which highlighters can sometimes do.
