So I think this is one of the most beautiful makeup items I have ever seen. I literally love it so much. Even if I could never use it, just looking at it would be enough! Tom Ford Honeymoon is amazing. It’s in the same formulation as Nude Dip and it’s gorgeous… I have swatches that will make you melt.

Interestingly enough, Tom Ford Honeymoon Eye Color Quad was actually created as a re-work of the Burnished Amber quad which was discontinued in 2013. Scroll down to find out about the other replacements included in the Spring 2016 collection.

Tom Ford Honeymoon is a little dream of warm toned shades with a beautiful soft metallic finish. As I said, it uses the same ‘one-of-a-kind’ technology from Tom Ford as the Nude Dip quad. I’m told that it wraps concentrated pigments for a “colour-true, highly polished, multi-dimensional look”. And the finish really is polished. It delivers a beautifully chic shine that really flatters the skin. It can be used wet and dry. Dry application yeilds a beautiful colour payoff and when applied with a damp brush, the effect is even more intense with a chromatic finish. Exciting!

I loved Nude Dip but Honeymoon really is something else. Obsessional!

Tom Ford Honeymoon Eye Color Quad Swatches – Dry & Wet

The first shade is a coppery dark champagne shade with a super creamy texture. Shade two is a medium bronzey copper shade with a soft and blendable feel and shimmering finish. The third shade is like a reddy-copper berry shade which is completely incredible. I am loving a hint of red in eyeshadow and this is the perfect balance. Finally, shade 4 is a plummy chocolate brown with a semi-matte, less shimmery finish. It is beautiful.
Dry:

These shades are impressive when dry, but applied damp, they are ridiculous.
Wet:

The lightest swipe produces the most intense finish. I’m obsessed!
As I have already said, Tom Ford Honeymoon Eye Color Quad was actually created as a re-work of the Burnished Amber which was discontinued in 2013. Also within the Tom Ford Spring 2016, are more re-works of palettes that are currently being discontinued. Disco Dust is the new Cognac Sable, Last Dance is a refresh of Sahara Haze, Lilac Dream is a refresh of Lavender Lust and Starry Night is a refresh of Ice Queen. It’s all change for the TF quad camp!

I think this is the most pigmented TF quad ever made and the star of the show. It is stunning. I’m so glad mine arrived today!
Those colours are just GORGEOUS! I love these! So warming.
