Tarte Lights Camera Flashes Statement Mascara has a rather special brush. One side has shorter, denser, softer bristles that deliver the optimal amount of mascara to volumise and coat each lash. The other side has firmer, spikier bristles that comb, seprate and lengthen the lashes ensuring there’s no clumping.
The formula itself is seriously black. It uses Tarte’s triple black complex and lash conditioning ingredients to add drama and also care at the same time.

Thank you for the review! This mascara is next on my To-Try list. I’ve been using Tarte Gifted mascara for years now, and swore I’d never change but I’ve heard Lights, Camera, Flashes is even better! I honestly don’t think I could ever wear a different brand of mascara again! =)
