What is Sunday Riley CEO Glow?
This new face oil from Sunday Riley is all about making sure your skin gets antioxidant protection and everything it needs to have a healthy glow. It has been formulated to tackle dullness, soothe irritation and hydrate the skin:
- Botanically infused facial oil with hydrating properties
- Works to produce a healthy-looking glow
- Helps to boost a dull complexion
- Contains evening primrose oil to sooth areas of irritation
- Ginger root extract acts as an antioxidant
- Can be blended with other facial products
What Is in Sunday Riley CEO Glow?
CEO Glow features a blend of vitamins, namely Vitamin C in the the form of THD Ascorbate, to really brighten the skin. There is Turmeric to provide antioxidant protection from environmental damage and to calm irritation making skin more even-looking. Cold pressed Evening Primrose oil, with its GLA (gamma linolenic acid) and Omega 6, restores the skin’s barrier and promotes radiance. Red Raspberry Seed Oil is rich in vitamin A so is great for blemish prone skin, and it also calms itchy, irritated skin.
Ginger Root Extract and Bisabolol reduce redness in the skin, while Pomegranate Seed Oil protects and provides essential fatty acids to maintain the skin’s hydration.
Who is it for?
This oil will be great for anyone suffering with redness, irritation and an uneven skin tone. The Vitamin C will work on pigmentation and dark spots, while the anti-inflammatory blend of Turmeric and antioxidant oils will calm and allow skin to glow.
This also promises to be great for acne scarring and congested skin.
Sunday Riley CEO Glow Review
I have to confess, I was really optimistic about this oil even before I tried it because I love the CEO Moisturiser. It literally delivers instant glow to my skin and is perfect under makeup. It’s amazing when my skin needs a boost. This oil is no disappointment. I am a huge fan of oils and this one is great.
A few drops skin into my skin quickly. I applied it after a light serum, then waited a few minutes before applying moisturiser on top. It gives my skin a gorgeous glow and keeps it calm looking, which is great because I have been suffering from a fair bit of skin redness recently.
I also really like a small amount warmed between my palms and then pressed over my skin during the day to refresh my makeup and add the glow back in. You can also mix a drop into your foundation to really boost the luminosity. I am a big fan of using oils like this.
The only thing that I think people may not love is the smell which is fairly unusual. The Tumeric is quite strong, and smells a little like curry as you can imagine. However, this doesn’t last long and I don’t notice it after a few moments. The aroma reminds me a little of L’Occitane’s Divine Cream. That uses Immortelle which has a similar aroma to Turmeric.

Hi ree, can you compare it to la mer’s oil. I’ve used la mer since it launched but tempted to switch. Thanks in advance
It’s not as light as the La Mer oil and doesn’t smell as nice. Both are soothing and calming. This one is more oily. Does that help? xxx
This sounds lovely, very calming & anti inflammatory yet the turmeric makes me think it would increase redness… I might try a sample first.
I find it gives a nice glow – I haven’t noticed any increased redness x
