Here’s just a quick post for you with the Sleek Arabian Nights i-Divine Eye Look I created. After I showed you swatches of the palette last week and gave it a proper road test. I think we all know that whilst a good indicator, swatches can be a bit useless in terms of what the product actually looks like in the place it is supposed to be. So I thought some eye shots might be helpful. Plus I got compliments on my eye makeup which doesn’t happen very often!!

Sleek palettes are always great but I think what’s really striking here, it just how wearable it is. Although Sleek Arabian Nights contains some pretty bright colours that may seem a little scary, it’s actually much more accessible than you think. I used mainly the bronzy shades – a mix of Scheherazade’s Tale, Gold Souk, Aladdin’s Lamp and Genie (see full shade list HERE). I then used the green shade, Hocus Pocus, as an inner corner accent. That’s a tip I learnt from amazing Dior artist, Jamie Coombs.

I am looking forward to trying out lots more of the colour palette. I found the shades were really long lasting, although I did apply them on top of my favourite new eye primer – Clarins Instant Light Eye Perfecting BaseIt is really good! Just wish I had remembered to use my new Anastasia DipBrow Pomade! The brows are looking a bit foundation-y. One day I will pull it all together!!

Also in the photo, you can see a tiny peek of a lovely bright lip gloss. This is one of my faves from the new summer shades from the Sleek Gloss Me Line. Check out my full post on that HERE.

The Sleek Arabian Nights i-Divine Eye Shadow Palette is out soon and the lip glosses are out now. Find the full Sleek range at Boots.
