Brows are still a huge focus in the beauty world but many of the brands that do it best are high end and on the pricey side. Rimmel are having a good old go at an effective and affordable version with their Rimmel Brow This Way Brow Kit. It is the latest addition to the brow offering – I have already written about the Brow This Way Styling Gel which I really like. This kit is the answer for powder and wax duo lovers on a budget.

Rimmel Brow This Way Brow Kit Contents

• Brow wax
• Brow shadow
• Double-ended angled brush
• Spooley brush

Rimmel makeup artist Kristen Piggott says you use the wax to set the brows and then apply the powder to fill in any sparse areas. I love the fact it has a mini spooley. I like to use one at the beginning and end of the brow process (if I do it), to first brush the brows into place, and then soften up the end result. And it is quite a nice little spooley – good and firm.

Rimmel Brow This Way Brow Kit Swatch – Medium Brown

I have had a little go with it on my brows and the quality is great. It’s really good value. I’d love to show you a photo but my brows are in serious need of shaping and I haven’t managed to get to the salon. They are a state and a close up would not be pretty!!

One  thing I would say though is that Medium Brown is quite dark so I think that Dark Brown is going to be seriously dark. But I haven’t seen it in the flesh.
