I have alway been impressed with Rimmel skin bases and I thought that the matte BB Cream was really very good. Because I am all about the glow, I was super excited to try the brand new Rimmel BB Cream Radiance which launches early next year. I have been trying it out and have some before and after photos for you.

So! The Rimmel BB Cream Radiance promises to prime, smooth, conceal, moisturise, minimise pores and brighten the skin. Sounds great doesn’t it?
Rimmel BB Cream Radiance Formula

- Lightweight natural coverage
- Built in primer
- Shea butter to moisturise and hydrate for up to 24 hours
- Vitamin C Complex to brighten
- Concealing properties to reduce the appearance of blemishes
- SPF20 for protection
- 3 shades – very light, light, medium
Rimmel BB Cream Radiance Swatches
The Rimmel BB Cream Radiance is available in 3 shades – very light, light, medium. I have shades very light and medium, here they are!

My skintone is somewhere between these 2 shades, so I mixed the 2 swatches together. I am assuming that shade Light would be the one for me.
Rimmel BB Cream Radiance – Before & After Photos

I applied the mixed shades with my fingers and then lightly buffed it on with my Japonesque buffing brush. I love the result.

It’s kind of like 8 hours sleep in a tube for the teeny price of £6.99. You really can’t say fairer than that. Here it is with the rest of my makeup.

I love the glowy, skin perfecting finish and it feels very nourishing on the skin. It’s a fab product at a really great price.
Rimmel BB Cream Radiance is available from 28th January 2015 at Boots. If you are looking for a super affordable skin brightening base that does it all, then you must give this one a go.

That looks really nice! I love the dewey finish and SPF20 is always welcome.
Also, I really like whatever you’re wearing on your lips! Could you tell me what it is? 🙂
It is one of the new NYC shades – will feature it on the blog soon! xxx Thank you!
Thank you! Glad to hear that it’s a product that’s available in my country (and budget-proof too!).
When Next year does this product come out? I really want to buy it.
