Here’s the low down.

Real Techniques PowderBleu Brush Collection
Real Techniques PowderBleu Brush Collection

This is a premium brush collection and everything about it feels extremely luxe. I am obsessed with the colour and honestly, they are so so soft, you just want to play with them all day! The fact that this collection has been developed exclusively for powder is pretty interesting, especially for Real Techniques whose brushes are so versatile that I barely find myself using them exactly as they have been intended. But there’s a reason for this new angle with PowderBleu.

Often, synthetic hair isn’t the best when it comes to picking up and laying down powder cosmetics, particularly without disturbing the makeup that is already on the skin. The Real Techniques PowderBleu collection has been engineered to optimally deal with powders and ensure flawless results every time. The inspiration is the blue squirrel hair which is softest hair used in makeup brushes.

Real Techniques PowderBleu Brush Features

  • Soft, plush synthetic bristles
  • Mimic luxurious feel of blue squirrel hair
  • Bristles have been specifically engineered to pick up & distribute powders
  • 100% Cruelty Free

  • OK I am going to need that eyeshadow brush. £15 doesn’t seem too bad does it? It’s in line with the Bold Metals. Also they remnd me of some Estee Lauder brushes I one saw which has blue acrylic handles – am I imagining that?
