Rawgaia MSM Organic Beauty Cleansing Serum

I really enjoy taking my make-up off. As soon as I walk through the door, hair is up in a messy bun, PJs are on and I begin the ritual of cleansing. I find it to be super therapeutic and it helps relieve the stresses of the day. On my quest to be more beauty conscious I was thrilled to try Rawgaia MSM Organic Beauty Cleansing Serum – I typically use an oil or balm so was intrigued that this was a serum.

I knew nothing of Rawgaia before trying this, so naturally I did a little research and the brand is brought to you with ‘love and care’ by Jessica Michael. Jessica develops skincare which is pure, organic, and natural – and it’s handmade in Brighton! Best of all its vegan and cruelty free… Hurrah to no nasties.

What you need to know:

The Rawgaia MSM Organic Beauty Cleansing Serum is jam packed full of skin nutritious goodness – Avocado oil, Broccoli seed oil, and Chia Seed oil – all of which are high in vitamins, minerals and those essential fatty acids.

How to use it:

I find that Rawgaia MSM Organic Beauty Cleansing Serum can be used in many ways. I have found that the best (and most relaxing results are) to lightly remove my make-up and stubborn eye make-up and then go in with the MSM Organic Beauty Cleansing Serum. I gently warm this up in the palm of my hands and massage it over my face.

The consistency is very much like a dry oil. I really like that it isn’t so oily you find your hands slipping around, or it’s running down your neck – you have control over the product once applied. I tend to do this for a few minutes; Jessica advises that once you have massaged you can leave this on the skin for a few minutes before wiping away with a damp cloth.  You can also use it as an eye make-up remover on a damp cotton pad.

Now some of you may say ‘but why are you lightly removing your make-up beforehand?’, well this is for two reasons. 1) I really hate rubbing black smudgy stuff all around my face and 2) I want to be able to use this as my “second” cleanse.

The ingredients in the MSM Organic Beauty Cleansing Serum are far too skin worthy to just wash away and my skin afterwards feels like I have pressed an oil into my skin without that greasy feeling.
