Here’s a peek at what the Pat McGrath Star Wars Rise of Skywalker collection looks like. It is super glam.
“From a galaxy far, far away comes an obsessively opulent collaboration where the realms of entertainment and beauty magically collide.”
This is rather exciting because Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker is the final episode in the much celebrated Skywalker saga and to celebrate, Pat has created six collectible limited editions across the eye and lip category inspired by the characters.

Pat says, “Fans have been asking me daily for its return. I’m thrilled that it’s back in cult collectable gold packaging – the ultimate guilty pleasure.”
MTHRSHP: GALACTIC GOLD PALETTE £50

This palette with C-3PO collector-quality packaging, features six shades inspired by the light side of the Force with ‘Gallant golds, valiant violets and strong shimmers’. The formula delivers seamless blendability with intense colour payoff.
LIP FETISH LIP BALM:‘GOLD ASTRAL’ £35

GOLD ASTRAL C-3PO-inspired bullets deliver juicy luminous lips. The formula uses a blend of soothing emollients, antioxidants and vitamins that protect from free radicals while restoring softness and elasticity.
LIP FETISH LIP BALM:‘CLEAR’£35

This is Pat’s gorgeous clear balm (which I absolutely love and had shipped from the US when she first launched it) packaged up in an R2-D2-inspired bullet. It looks so amazing!
Pat McGrath Star Wars MTHRSHP: DARK GALAXY PALETTE £50

So this palette is the Pat McGrath Star Wars Galactic Gold palette’s nemesis! It features six “sumptuously sinful” eyeshadows inspired by the Dark Galaxy and The First Order. Find “Cruel crimsons, beguiling bronzes and mysterious smoked amethyst” in Sith Trooper packaging.
LIP FETISH LIP BALM: ‘NUDE ASTRAL’ £35

This balm is all about a dewy, opaline finish. The Sith Trooper packaging is so striking!!
MOTHERSHIP IV DECADENCE: £115

It’s back and looking amazing! Pat McGrath fans have been begging for a re-release of Mothership IV and it has finally happened! It looks amazing in its The Rise of Skywalker case, making it even more covetable. The palette features ten decadent shades illuminated with diamond sparkle intensity – “sumptuous blues and exquisite golds, chromecast metallics and incendiary coppers”.
LIP FETISH SHEER COLOUR BALM: ‘FLESH 3’£35

The new matte gold packaging of this bullet is incredible. This is the Lip Fetish Sheer Colour Balm in ‘FLESH 3’ and it’s a gorgeous nude. I need it!

Hi Ree,
The launch seems to have been a massive mess.
Selfridges did not launch on the 13/12, it is on their system as I phoned and spoke to CS but they had no idea when it would actually launch in their store or online?
Pat McGrath site early access people did not get their emails and the two palettes Galatic Gold and Dark Galaxy sold out in 2 hours. People thought it would launch at noon EST and it actually launched before 10 am EST, so early.
I was very lucky and managed to get the Dark Galaxy palette I wanted. But many people are very unhappy and Pat McGrath is not answering questions on Facebook, Twitter or Instagram about it?
yes it has been a bit confusing. I thought it was going to be online at Selfridges but apparently only in store and just at Pat McGrath online.
Yes this is my first time ordering from Pat McGrath & very likely my last. We were told not to hang around & to order quick but they are certainly hanging around with dispatching our orders! I ordered a couple of bits on the 13th. No dispatch email as yet. Contacted customer services to be told any orders made after the 6th December will not be sent until Christmas Eve so that’s that no chance in hell of arriving in time. Not good enough in this day & age.
It’s such a shame they didn’t launch the collection online with selfridges
I see that it is now on Selfridges online but says coming soon. So maybe those who wanted the palettes may be in luck. You will need to just keep checking xx
