Get ready for another bit of Omorovicza love because this mask is pretty special. If ever I feel like my skin needs a good kick up the bottom, I turn to this creme de la creme of clay cleansing. This the Omorovicza Deep Cleansing Mask.

Omorovicza Deep Cleansing Mask Review
I have been using this mask for a while now, perhaps 4 months, and I have waited until now to review because although I did like it at first, I was slightly underwhelmed. Although it made my skin feel very clean, I didn’t think it was as ‘all singing and all dancing’ as it could have been, especially considering the hefty price tag. I rarely feature things unless I am really recommending them so I decided to hang fire or not feature it at all. Because it’s £57 (yikes!) I continued to use it once a week, and each time I have used it, I have liked it more and more. It has now become an integral part of my skincare regime. So now is the time to tell you about it!

Obviously you can get clay masks much cheaper, but this one does a lot more than just remove impurities as it deeply infuses this skin with precious minerals, proteins and vitamins from Omorivicza’s thermal mud and healing waters. It draws out dirt and impurities but it never leaves my skin feeling dry or taut like many clay masks I have used. It just feels beyond clean, smooth, plump, and perfectly nourished and bright. Love it! Occasionally a tiny spot can appear the next day, but it goes really quickly and I think this is part and parcel of deep purification.

Although the instructions recommend a generous application – I smooth on a small amount that practically disappears into my skin over the course of 10-20 minutes. It feels tingly at first and then goes rather cold – I do love to feel a product doing its stuff!  I wipe the excess away with a warm, wet flannel and it comes away really easily which I love. I do this before bed and follow with toner then serums/oils and moisturisers. I love my skin the next day (teeny pimple aside). The more regularly I use this, the less likely pimple apperance becomes.
Now as I said, it is really expensive, but the way that I use it (extremely sparingly) means the cost per use is less, much like how I use the Omorovicza Copper Peel which is another all time favourite product.
You can buy Omorovicza Deep Cleansing Mask for £57 at Cult Beauty or Space NK.
