I have been testing out the latest foundation from NYX Cosmetics and getting on really well. Check out my NYX Born to Glow Foundation Review & Swatches. I have before and after photos too.

I am always on the look out for a good quality, super affordable foundation and this is definitely one of them. It has a lovely radiant finish, which is just how I like foundation.

NYX Born to Glow Foundation Swatches

I have two of the fairer shades to show you. This is Light Ivory and Light:

There are 45 shades in the full range and the gradient is pretty good, so I’d imagine most people will be able to find their match.

Before & After Photos

I really do like the look of this NYX Born to Glow Foundation on my skin. I went for shade Light and am pretty pleased with the match.

When it’s first applied, it gives the skin a naturally radiant, slightly velvety blurring finish. After a bit of wear it gets a bit dewier which I really like. And even though it’s glowy, it isn’t oily and I don’t find that it emphasises texture in my skin or exacerbates pores.  So it works really well for my skin type.

It gives a nice medium coverage and covers redness effortlessly. It also lasts well on my skin (I am combination to dry with a slightly oil t-zone) and I found that it only started to wear on my nose a little after about 6 hours. I wear glasses a lot when I work and any breakage was pretty easy to touch up without adding any product.
