Once again, there is a very impressive line up, although, as I mentioned, it is little different this year.

This calendar has been curated by NET-A-PORTER’s beauty, fashion, home and jewellery specialists and is designed to be more than a Beauty Advent Calendar, but the ‘Ultimate Gift Set’.

The set contains 15 full-sizes and mini and comes packaged in a lantern-shaped box illuminated with LED lights. It has been designed to be used as a decorative lamp even after Christmas is over.

  • Hi there, have you seen this is on site now saying coming soon? I heard it might be released today, 4th Oct. However, the price says £255!!! Even though ALL the publicity I’ve seen says £225! 🙁 Also the Omorovicza mask advertised as 50ml looks like a mini in their photos (they haven’t listed sizes yet) So disappointed as I had decided to get this one based on all the info and now I just don’t know, but am worried it could sell out before I’ve decided, which might cause me to panic buy! I’ve had problems with things not being as advertised from N a P before. Suspect there’ll be a few disappointed customers who may have seen the publicity about this one and are in same position…

  • Wonderful!! Just ordered mine. Thanks Ree for the heads up. This is the one I was most excited about. I have been ordering beauty advent calendars since they first became a thing but last year didn’t bother as I’m fed up with them having the same things & the same old brands. I want to try something new & exciting & the Net a Porter one this year seems to offer me just that! It’s such a good value one as well. A bit disappointed regarding it being £30 more than I originally thought but I still think its the best one this year? Just a shame about the Margaret Dabbs foot lotion haha!! That seems to get around as much as Eve Lom’s cleanser lol! Glad to see there’s no Eve Lom!!!

  • Just received my calendar. The Rituals mist was in a sealed bag inside the box drawer but the ENTIRE bottle leaked all over the compartment ruining the drawer and black paper shreds inside. Everything else in the calendar was fine. Called the problem in and I am awaiting what they will do. They had me send in pictures of all the damage. Hopefully they can replace the bottle, not sure how difficult it would be to do an entire calendar exchange, Disappointing, hopefully – one off situation, but with it selling it out so quickly, I am not sure how this situation will be handled. One positive – I opened the packaging in my home office and my office smells divine now 😉
