My Review

As promised, the texture of these is pretty unique. It is like a super, light yet creamy whipped mousse that then blends into a silky, sheeny powder. Once you touch it, it looks a bit like playdoh, which brings back all kinds of good memories. Fear not! It doesn’t smell like it or feel like it!

NARS Hushed Hushed

The formula creates a beautiful smooth veil over the skin, and even though the blush is matte, there is a lustre that’s super flattering. The texture blended really well over my foundation (I was wearing the new Guerlain L’Essentiel), and it didn’t disturb the coverage. Also, because the Air Matte Blush has a velvety quality, it is nice on bare skin too, if you wanted to go for a really natural vibe. They seem to have the ability to very subtly perfect the surface of the skin, which also makes them fabulous on lids and smoothing on lips.If you try it on the lips, it feels surprisingly hydrating. That is thanks to the passionfruit oil in the formula. Torch, the coral shade is stunning on the lips. In fact, when I was playing with these, I ended up putting pretty much all the shades all over my face! You will be able to check that out on my Instagram stories if you are quick. I think they are pretty gorgeous. Highly recommend them!
