This is the first time that Nails Inc have done a double ended polish and I think they have done a great job. These are the Nails Inc Double Ended Pop Art Effects that launch in March 2014.

One end is a nail polish, and the other is the Pop Art end which is made with matte glitter particles, all of the same size.
