Nails Inc have seriously cracked the formula of their gel effect polishes and the Spring Summer shades were so pretty. Now it’s time to get ready for the Nails Inc Autumn 2014 Gel Effect shades which have been created to reflect the new season’s trends.

There are 8 new shades in total which capture Philip Lim’s aubergine, the tomato red seen at VB and Celine and Chloe’s winter pinks and soft nudes.
Nails Inc Autumn 2014 Gel Effect Shades
- Hyde Park Place – pale grey
- Old Bond Street – deep violet
- West End – tomato
- Grosvenor Crescent – aubergine
- New Oxford Street – mauve
- Uptown – winter pink
- Old Burlington Street – navy
- Beaufort Street – dark raspberry

I am loving the mix of traditional wintry shades with stunning brights and soft nudes.
Nails Inc Autumn 2014 Gel Effect Formula
The new polishes use the super successful Nails Inc gel effect formula which employs elasticiser and triple polymer technology. It means the finish is super glossy, plumped up and long lasting. I have shown all my swatches without top coat so that you can see how well the formula does on its own.

Aren’t they gorgeous?! The finish is really great and as I said, this is without topcoat so you can see what it’s like on its own. I think the winter pink, Uptown, is the one for me. It is a seriously sophisticated take on the pastel hue and I absolutely love it. It has a real soft cashmere feel about it.
The new Nails Inc Autumn 2014 Gel Effect Shades cost £14 and will be available from September 2014. Find the range at John Lewis.

I love the Gel Effect nail polishes, and I just picked up New Oxford Street. The color is fab, but I found that the glossy finish lessen somewhat after a few days – was it the same for you?
Your post is making me want Grosvenor Crescent and Hyde Park Place *swoon*
I didn’t notice that but then I think I changed the colour by the 3rd day to be honest. I have had great success with longevity in the past though.
The new shades are so lovely!! xxx
