Velvet Goth from Models Own declares itself “intriguingly dark and mysterious” and I am completely drawn in by the name alone and absolutely adore the velvet bottle lids. Here is Valerian, Sardonyx, Amethyst, Absinthe and Obsidian.

As you can see, this is a matte glitter so no actual velvet finish but more the suggestion of that kind of lustrous yet shine-free look. The flash in this shot is making them look a tiny bit sheenier than they actually are.
I think they are really interesting and fun but gloss lovers won’t be fans. I love a bit of texture in nails so it’s a thumbs up from me.
