Maybelline Master Sculpt Contouring Palette Review & Swatches

I have been looking forward to trying this product for absolutely ages and I am pleased to say, it is really rather good! Check out the newly launched Maybelline Master Sculpt Contouring Palette.

So there are 2 shade options in the Maybelline Master Sculpt Contouring Palette range. There’s 01 Light Medium and 02 Medium Dark. I happen to have 02 which, even though I’m rather on the pale side, isn’t actually too scary. I am guessing that 01 is very subtle.

It’s a really cute little compact with a split-pan powder with the contour and highlight. There’s a good sized mirror and also a hidden compartment with a brush that’s a really good shape for adding in the contour.

It doesn’t have the softest of bristles but it certainly does the job.

I really like this. The brush is great for creating the defined line of shadow along the thin side, and then you can fan it out to blend. It is a great cool-toned shade for delivering a natural looking shadow. I like the highlighter too. It is quite subtle, yet buildable. I usually like something with a bit more ‘pow’ like the Balm Mary Lou-manizer, but this does give a very natural finish and is great for every day.
