When I was in New York recently I seriously went to town in Duane Read and ended up buying quite a lot bits from Maybelline. One of them was a foundation that just called out to me from the aisles! It was Maybelline Fit Me Matte & Poreless Foundation. While I am not big on matte, I am huge on the idea of ‘poreless’ as unrealistic as it sounds!

I picked out shade Natural Ivory 112 which happens to be a great match and I have to say I am rather pleased with this little purchase!

I am really pleased with the natural finish of this foundation and it is definitely very effective when it comes to minimising pores. It has done a great job on my baggy ol’ pores!!

I would avoid this if you have dry skin. I had a little but on my nose (which you might be able to spot in the after pic) and it clung straight to it. Oh and no pump!! Hate that.

Here it is with the rest of my makeup on, just for luck!

The lashes and lips are also New York purchases from Maybelline, so I shall be sharing those with you soon.
