Oh my goodness, only earlier I was talking about one of the sparkliest polishes I have ever used and then the Maybelline Color Show Brocades come along and as bright, if not brighter!! Take a look at the brand new Brocades in Knitted Gold and Woven Skyline.

These polishes are incredible! They are multi-faceted glitters with the most amazing coverage – beautifully covered shimmery nails in one coat and full coverage in 2, and I am talking light coats. Very impressive indeed. Woven Skyline is fully opaque whilst Knitted Gold has a sheer quality through the glitter in some lights.

The Maybelline Color Show Brocades in Knitted Gold is a definite favourite – a pale golden glittery shimmer with large bits of pink/rose gold glitter. Absolutely gorgeous on it’s own like I have here, or as a gilt topcoat.

Woven Skyline is a shimmery opaque charcoal with large pieces of gold glitter. The gold of both the polishes marries them very nicely together for accent combinations. There are 2 other colours in the range available in the UK. The US have 8 in total I think, and different names!
Maybelline Color Show Brocades collection launches in December 2013 and cost £3.99. They will be available at Boots and Superdrug.
