So, this is particularly interesting to me because, although my huge passion is makeup, I am pretty obsessed with skincare too. When something offers me both, it is pretty exciting!

Max Factor Healthy Skin Harmony Foundation Features

Caroline Barnes says, “If you have combination skin, this foundation will take away the need to over powder throughout the day, or the need to add extra hydration to your skin after a few hours. This formula adapts to your skin’s varying needs”.

The shade that matches my natural skin tone the best is Light Ivory 40 I think and that’s the shade I’m wearing in this post.

I think these photos show how well the foundation evens out my complexion, blurs the appearance of enlarged pores and softens fine lines.

What I like most is that the finish is really healthy and radiant, and makes my skin look really juicy! It’s semi-matte but there’s still a good amount of glow. Love it! The hydrating formula really cares for my skin and the SPF20 gives a good level of protection from environmental stress.

The Max Factor Healthy Skin Harmony Foundation is on offer for £11.99 (usually £14.99) and available at these links below:

  • Dear Ree,
Do you find the coverage medium-high ?
I like the coverage to me on the high side, so I was wondering If this Could be Good for me.

    • It is medium buildable coverage in my view. I like full coverage too and this works really well for me. Let me know how you get on if you try it x

      • Dear Ree,

I bought the foundation yesterday and tried it today, and it is nice ! The coverage is not that full, but indeed buildable. It looked natural and it kept well during the day. I have a combination skin type with oily t-zone but I was not shiny today.
So a pretty nice foundation ! Thanks Ree!

        Kind regards from Holland,
        Louise

        • Glad you like it. It is buildable which I love. And yes – not so much shine!! x

  • I’ve been using this for a few weeks and although I liked the initial effect as time has gone I realise Ia m allergic to it for some reason, haven’t experienced it with any other Max Factor foundation but do with this I come out in a red rash and tiny under sking spots.
