I am seriously loving the brand new lip gloss formula from Max Factor, Colour Elixir Gloss. Not least because it’s a delight to use, looks amazing on the lips and feels beautiful. But also because the very first collection, called Nude Pomade, has been created by one of my absolute favourite makeup artists and all round gorgeous girl, Caroline Barnes. I actually love her (embarassing I know) and just knew her glosses would be amazing. Enough gushing, let’s see them.
Here is Max Factor Colour Elixir Gloss Nude Pomade by Caroline Barnes. Keep reading for swatches and lip shots.

The Colour Elixir Glosses are super shiny, moisturising and really comfortable and not even the slightest bit sticky. Just such a perfect texture.

I hate seeing all those tiny hairs around my mouth like this but at least you get to see the glosses in all their glory! I really love them. I actually think they give the Urban Decay Naked Glosses (which are amazing) a really good run for their money!
Max Factor Colour Elixir Gloss Nude Pomade by Caroline Barnes collection launches in Boots from 19th February 2014 for £7.99. The full range of Colour Elixir Gloss is set to launch July 2014.
I hope there are future collections from Caroline because I think she has got this one spot on.

I love a nude lip. I find good nude glosses really hard to find, might have to give these a go!
