I’m all about body moisturiser. In fact I pretty much can’t live without it. My skins gets really quite dry after I have showered and if I don’t slap on my cream straight away, it can get quite uncomfortable.
Now I have been trying out some fairly expensive body products recently from the likes of Elemis, Beauty Works West, and Neom among others. They are completely gorgeous but that type of gorgeousness does come at a price. It’s all well and good if you’re rolling in it (or lucky enough to receive PR samples) but even if the cost per use works out well, it isn’t always possible to splash the cash.
Anyway I’m waffling! What I want to say is that I have found a really lovely body butter and it only costs £2.99. I am so impressed with this tub of loveliness from Superdrug!

Superdrug Vitamin E All Over Body Butter
The Superdrug Vitamin E All Over Body Butter contains natural Shea and Cocoa butter and is enriched with Vitamin E. It also has Vitamins A, B, F and H and horse chestnut extract. It promises 12 hour moisturisation which, without counting, I could guess it pretty much lives up to. My skin hasn’t felt dry at all while I’ve been using it.
It feels absolutely lovely – thick, luxurious and a real treat.  It smells beautiful and isn’t overpowering, and it relieves my skin of that tight, dry feeling instantly. What more could I ask?
It is suitable for vegetarians and vegans, and like all Superdrug products, hasn’t been tested on animals. It isn’t paraben-free, however, but this isn’t enough to put me off, considering the effectiveness and price and all the things I like about it.
If you are looking for something to combat dry winter skin, I don’t think you can say fairer (or cheaper) than this Superdrug Vitamin E All Over Body Butter.

  • I have heard lots of raves about this and still haven’t got around to trying it! I’m all about bargains at the moment after trying to reign in the spending after Christmas!
