Here’s a really quick look at the new MAC Viva Glam Rihanna 2 collection for Fall 2014. There’s a new lipstick and lipglass and what we are looking at is frosted mauve.

At first look, frosted mauve looks a little scary doesn’t it? And for me, I think the lipstick probably is. I haven’t actually seen it in the flesh. MAC Viva Glam Rihanna 2 Lipstick is described as a warm mauve with silver frost and it looks very deep and dark. I doubt it is a shade I could ever pull off!

But the MAC Viva Glam Rihanna 2 Lipglass, however, is a whole different thing!

This little number may sounds a little garish – cool mauve with red fost – but it actually really very pretty and wearable indeed. I love the Lipglass formula. It is beautifully shiny, really long lasting and smells great. It’s that classic MAC lip gloss smell. It takes me back to my first ever lip gloss experiences!

It’s like a gorgeous lilac glimmery gloss that’s super easy to wear and looks really fresh and juicy. I really love it. A perfect everyday gloss and a brilliant top coat to liven up a lipstick. Not scary at all!
