I really like L’Oreal Paris foundations and so I was super pleased to see this new foundation stick launch which covers base, concealer and contouring in easy to use sticks. Check out the brand new L’Oreal Paris Infallible Foundation Shaping Sticks that are all about perfecting and sculpting. I have swatches of a range of shades to show you. These are really good!

So basically, these are super blendable foundation sticks that come in a range of shades that you can combine to cover, conceal and contour.

L’Oreal Paris Infallible Foundation Shaping Sticks Features

• Ultra-thin formula glides on seamlessly and melts into the skin
• Offers buildable coverage without the mask effect
• Round-shaped bullet allows for precise, even coverage
• Delivers an even, shine-free base that lasts all day
• Available in 12 shades to use as concealer, foundation, contour and highlight

The idea is that you use your match as foundation and concealer to even out the skin and disguise any imperfections. Then you select a shade that is 1-2 shades lighter than your skin tone to apply under the eyes, on the cheekbones and on the bridge of your nose to accentuate and brighten these areas.

Next use a darker shade to contour your forehead, under your cheek bones, and around the jaw line.

As I said, it’s basically a collection of foundation sticks but what’s different is that we are encouraged to play with shades to sculpt and define your features.

I love these sticks because the texture is really good. They transform into a liquid on contact with skin and have a gorgeous melting texture. I used shade 100 Ivory to conceal and highlight, and shade 200 to contour.
