L’Oreal have a brand new Merry Metals collection and I went straight for the highlighters of course! Right here I have the L’Oreal Paris Glow Kit and the Glow Drops and I rather like them!!! Check out my photos and swatches.

Before I get into these products, I just wanted to let you know that there’s also a new Holographic collection with a holographic Glow Kit and a range of rather exciting lip glosses. I shall be showing you those soon so stay tuned.

L’Oreal Paris Glow Kit Highlighting Palette Swatches

I absolutely adore the shades in this sleek little palette. The shades are:

• Incandescent
• Cheek on You
• Make Me Flush
• Metallicious
• Pearlista

I am really impressed with the formulation of these powders. They are super pigmented and packed with micro shimmers for uber glow. The shades are gorgeous and pretty versatile so you can use them to highlight, as a blush and also on the lids. It’s the perfect travel palette, especially as it’s so slim.

Highlighting drops are big business right now in the beauty industry and it’s good to see L’Oreal Paris getting in on the action. I am a big fan of the Cover FX custom enhancer drops, and this is a similar kind of thing.

If you like high shine glow, these will really do the trick. It boasts a liquid to powder formulation, yet I think it feels quite hydrating on the skin.

It blends nicely and doesn’t emphasise skin texture or enlarged pores. You can also mix it into your moisturiser or foundation to add all over glow. I am a big fan of mixing my base products.

I don’t know about you, but I use highlighter every single day now. I remember the times when it was saved for going out out! Those days are gone!
