This new collection from L’Occitane has really captured my interest. I absolutely adore the Immortelle Divine Cream and Lotion and now the new L’Occitane Brightening range is looking seriously amazing. Brightening is my biggest skincare obsession right now, and I know that I am not alone. The three products in this range are really exciting!! There’s a Brightening Essence, Brightening Touch Targeted Corrector (think Touche Eclat with coverage and correction skincare) and an Eye Care & Mask Duo Brightening Correction Product.

L’Occitane Immortelle Brightening Essence
L’Occitane Immortelle Brightening Essence (£46) is a light water/gel serum that contains even higher levels of active molecules for concentrated brightening and radiance-boosting. It works to correct hyper-pigmentation at 3 stages:
  • Inhibits the production of the enzyme responsible for melanin synthesis
  • Reduces the speed and capacity of this enzyme to function
  • Limits the tranfers of melanin to the skin surface
Darks spots are going to have to work pretty hard to get round those obstacles! It has some great clinical trial results so looks really promising.

L’Occitane Immortelle Brightening Eye Care & Mask Duo Brightening Correction (£32) is a super cooling cream/gel texture that feels really amazing on the skin. It can be used daily or as an intensive mask and works on wrinkles and fine lines, dark circles and puffiness and dark spots. It’s looking after all the eye worries!!
