Laura Mercier Tinted Moisturizer Oil Free Swatches
I have a selection of shades to share with you. I thought this might be useful if you’re a fan of the original Tinted Moisturiser, as the shades do vary slightly.
I have:

- 1C0 – Cameo
- 1N2 – Vanille
- 2N1 – Nude
- 3N1 – Sand
- 4N1 – Wheat

Here are the swatches:
1C0, 1N2, 2N1, 3N1, 4N1:

Before & After Photos
I usually use the shade 1N2 Vanille in the original Tinted Moisturiser formula, however, I like 1C0 Cameo in the new Oil Free.

My Review
This is the first time I have tried the oil-free formula and I love it. It has a little bit more coverage than the original Tinted Moisturiser but it’s still extremely natural looking and easy to build.
The Finish
Although the finish is said to be demi-matte, it still gives a beautiful radiance with the added benefit of subtle blurring. As a fan of glow, this still ticks the boxes for me.
Application
I like to apply this like skincare with my fingertips, and it melts into the skin effortlessly. It immediately perfects with sheer coverage that can be built up nice and easily.
Texture
I love the creamy texture. It is nice and firm and the warmth of the fingers really help to blend it beautifully. It is glowy at first, and then softly dries down after a minute or two. But as I said, it’s never a flat matte.
Does it need to be set?
I like to lightly set this through the t-zone (I have combination skin) and I find that it wears really well. It does get a little glowier on my t-zone after a day of wear, but because the formula is so light, it never looks heavy or greasy.
Does it oxides?
I find that as I apply 1C0, it looks quite light on my skin, however, as I am blending in, it warms very slightly to match my skin tone.
The Coverage
In terms of coverage, it is sheer to light, but buildable. You can easily add light layers to increase the coverage, without it getting cakey, and it lightly perfects flaws but you can still see skin. It’s really lovely.
Is it long lasting?
As I said above, if I want it to really last, I lightly set the t-zone but I find it stays in place really well and doesn’t break up or get too shiny. It does glow more after a day of wear with no touch ups, but it doesn’t look oily or greasy.
