I featured the Matte Shaker liquid lipsticks from Lancome at the beginning of the year when I had three of the shades pre-launch. They seem to be going down very well indeed, so I thought I’d come back to you now that I have all seven shades that are available. Check out the Lancome Matte Shaker Swatches in all the available shades.
Matte Shaker Features
If you haven’t come across these already, you may notice that this is the same format as the glossy juicy shaker but these ones have a matte liquid lipstick finish. In the same way, you just need to shake the bottle before use to soak the cushion applicator and then you apply straight on to the lips.

Although it seems that it may be tricky to apply precisely with this cushion, it’s actually a lot easier than it looks.

- Gives the lips a soft, silky feel
- Formula is saturated with pigments
- Designed to deliver a “second skin” sensation
- Ultra-fine, comfortable texture
- Infuses them with colours free of any texture sensation
- Finish becomes matte after 2 minutes
- Colour lasts all day
- 7 shades

As I said, I now have all the shades, so I thought I’d swatch them all up together for you. If you’d like to see Magic Orange (186), Kiss Me Cherie (374) and Yummy Pink (379) on my lips, check out my original post here.
Lancome Matte Shaker Swatches

- Beige Vintage (270)
- Energy Peach (272)
- Magic Orange (186)
- Red’y in 5 (189)
- Kiss Me Cherie (374)
- Yummy Pink (379)
- Pink Power (378)

All of the current shades are pretty intense – there aren’t really any nudes here. If you like a bold lip then these are a beautiful option because they feel light as air and last very, very well with an even fade that leaves behind a pretty stain. I wore Pink Power the other day and it lasted until I took it off. It was great.

Didn’t know they had made a matt versino. Definitely something to try!

I have the Magic Orange one of these and it’s actually more of a really pretty coral on me. I love the sponge applicator as a soft edge to a bright lip is a lot more wearable on me. It does dry out my lips a teeny bit but then anything with the word ‘matte’ in it does that to me!
