I chose to use Linen 1.5.N which matches my skin tone really well.

I actually applied the foundation with the sponge. It worked quite well, but I think this is more of a job for one of my buffing faves from Real Techniques, Zoeva or Sephora. I think the sponge will be good for on the go.

I like the fact that it gives the skin a demi-matte finish but still allows it to glow. It is kind on lines and pores and covers redness swiftly. It is medium to full coverage that is easily buildable. You can use a brush or fingers to build up coverage. I think the heat of your fingers is probably best for the under eye area and you can softly tap it on to the skin.

This actually really reminds me of the Clinique Even Better Compact Makeup, or even the Armani Maestro Fusion Compact. It melts under your fingers and blends easily into the skin. I didn’t powder, but it did get a little shiny through my t-zone after a couple of hours. This didn’t really bother me as I don’t mine a little bit of shine, but if you’re a fan of matte, you may like to lightly powder, particularly down the middle if you have combination skin. Drier skins will get away with it.

I really like this. It will be a great product for your handbag for quick and easy touch ups and the creamy texture means it will layer nicely on top of what you already have.
