Oh my goodness. I didn’t know if I would love this fragrance or not but it’s the one I have been choosing when I leave the house and I haven’t once not had a compliment on it! Here’s the low down on the limited edition Kilian Good Girl Gone Bad Eau Fraiche.
Kilian Hennessy says, “Imagine a Grecian villa, in the midst of the summer, surrounded by the endless blue of the Aegean Sea. Open windows allow a constant flow of fresh air, as the white linen curtains dance to the rhythm of the wind. The fresh air carries with it the scent of the Mediterranean flowers and in the background the aquatic smell of the sea.”

This is the most seductive description I can imagine, especially as I haven’t been anywhere exotic for just so long. This scent almost takes me to that place I have to say.
What Notes are in Kilian Good Girl Gone Bad Eau Fraiche
So this is similar to the original Good Girl Gone Bad but the top notes are lighter, brighter and airier. It was created by Alberto Morillas who also crafted the original.
- Top Notes: Water Jasmine, Neroli, North African Orange Blossom, Turkish & Moroccan Rose
- Heart Notes: Egytian Jasmine Sambac, Tuberose
- Base Notes: Musk
My review of the Kilian Good Girl Gone Bad Eau Fraiche

I think this is a very versatile fragrance because it really does suit both day time and night time wear. If you love Good Girl Gone Bad, I think you will love this too. The Eau Fraiche hasn’t strayed far from the path of the original, but it has a much fresher, more airy open.
It is super long lasting, especially as it is an Eau Fraiche, and you don’t need loads of it either for a long lasting result. It packs a really good punch and then stays around.
I think I love this even more because I’m a huge fan of Jasmine, and this is definitely big on Jasmine. I love every phase of the scent. The top notes have a creamy addictiveness and leave you wanting more. The ocean element is really uplifting and inspiring, and takes you away to the deep blue sea and all the feelings of freedom associated with that.
The dry down is soft, sensual and smooth, and as I have said, it is long lasting. I can smell just one spritz on my skin well into the evening, although the addictiveness of the scent as a whole makes me want to spray it again.
The Packaging
First of all this is really different for Kilian because traditionally, the fragrances have come in an extremely ornamental clutch-style case, as opposed to a cardboard packaging.

This is pretty significant because it reduces the price point and makes the fragrance way more accessible. The cases are now available separately if you want to make that investment.

I love the frosted bottle with the signature Kilian Achilles shield on the front. It is super chic.

I’ve been obsessing over choosing a Kilian perfume lately. I have decided on Love Don’t Be Shy which is rumored to be Rhiana’s signature scent. This one sounds amazing though.
