My Review

As I said at the top, I loved this from the very first time I used it. And I have been using it morning and night ever since. I have become quite addicted to how it makes my skin look as soon as I apply it.

It the Milk Peel Toner is  super easy to use. I shake up the bottle and just moisten a (reuseable) cotton pad with about 6 drops of the solution and then sweep it all over my face. You can use it directly onto your skin, but I like the extra polishing effect that using the cotton pad provides.

If I want even more glow, I put a couple of drops between my palms, and press it all over my face after using it on the cotton pad. I can feel an instant hydration and moisture boost and it literally leaves my skin gleaming.

It is gentle enough to be used morning and night and designed to be used after cleansing and before serums or moisturisers.  The Vital Skin Strengthening Super Serum* is perfect after it.

It should fit easily into anyone’s routine although remember that the active ingredient is a Salicylic Acid derivative so avoid using it with other exfoliating acids and also copper peptides. I mention Copper because I was asked on Instagram whether it would mix well with the NIOD CAIS* which is one of my favourite serums.

If you are using CAIS, I’d suggest alternating the days you use the Milk Peel and the CAIS.

I absolutely love this product for instantly glowing, smooth and hydrated skin, and couldn’t recommend it more. I think it has earned a place as one of my best exfoliating toners ever. At the moment, it is my absolute favourite. It’s pricey but it comes in a big bottle so it will last months.

  • Oh no, I was hoping it wouldn’t be fabulous as I cant really justify spending that much on a toner……but now I need it!

    • I wish they did a 100ml because then it would be more affordable. So good though! xxx

  • Hi Ree I bought this after seeing your review and I love it. Can I use a vitamin c over this in the morning?
