Foundation is my obsession and I have just found a brand new one to get obsessed with! I wasn’t sure I’d like it but I absolutely love it!! Check out my photos and before & afters of the brand new Huda Beauty Faux Filter Foundation. Here’s what you need to know.

This is a full coverage foundation with a gorgeous second skin feel. You need just a tiny bit for a full coverage, skin-perfect finish.

I love the texture of this foundation. I find it really melts into my skin and sets itself so I don’t need a powder, which I totally love! One small pump covers my full face and if you want a more medium coverage you can mix half a pump with the Complexion Perfection Pre-Makeup Base, blend and apply.

I really like the primer too.

It is creamy and very slightly tacky and makes the perfect base for the foundation. It uses rosehip oil and is super nourishing yet still feels light on the skin.

My shade is Creme Brulee:

I used the Huda Beauty Synthetic Makeup Brush to apply it, although I think it would be amazing with any good buffing brush.

I love how this looks and it lasts super well and stays looking hydrated all day.

I don’t set it with powder yet all my other makeup blends perfectly on top of the base and stays in place very well. I love this so much! And I’m excited to sheer it out for a more ‘no-makeup’ look should I want to.
