Guerlain is such a special brand and I really look forward to their annual collections. Today it’s the turn of the Guerlain Meteorites 2020 Collection which has the brand new Pearl Dust Palette and the Liquid Pearls Pen. I have photos and swatches here for you.

What’s in the Guerlain Meteorites Collection?

This is such a gorgeous collection. I am absolutely thrilled! And there are two completely new additions to the line up!

As always with Guerlain, swatching is a bittersweet moment  because it is almost too beautiful to touch. I braved it though!

Guerlain Meteorites Pearl Dust Palette

The new formulas features a new Guerlain-exclusive breakthrough technology. This uses an infusion of Japanese marine pearls to create beautifully luminous skin. They are light-reflecting micro-pearls known that impart an instant subtle glow to flood the skin with light and revive the complexion.

The Pearl Dust Palette has three illuminating powder shades that can be mixed or applied separately for customised glow. Guerlain say, for a fresh look, use the pink, for something richer, choose gold,  and for a warmer option, try the amber.

You can use a brush or fingers to apply the illuminators to the high points of the face and also the eyes to brighten. The shades can also be used as illuminating blushers so it’s a brilliant multi-tasker.

The texture is stunning – a super smooth and creamy powder. Guerlain really are nailing it this year. Incredible!

Guerlain Meteorites Liquid Pearls Pen

This is an innovative illuminator pen which has been designed to brighten face contours with an “iridescent veil of glowing beauty”.

The applicator cushion dispenses a cream gel which has such a light, fresh texure and melts into the skin effortlessly.
