If you like something really new and different then you definitely need to take a look at the new Givenchy Extravagancia 2014 Blush Memoire de Forme! It is quite extraordinary!

It is like a jelly-blancmange consistency that you can break up and it them reforms and solidifies itself into a smooth glossy gel again! Fun! Think the Illamasqua Hydra Veil with a bit more of a creamy blancmange vibe!  It’s quite crazy!

The formula blends really easily to a sheer flush of colour, or you can build it up for more intensity. When you see it in the pot you think ‘oh my god, Aunt Sally cheeks!’, but don’t worry! The super light, water-like texture glides over the skin effortlessly, creating a beautiful natural looking flush.

Givenchy Extravagancia 2014 Blush Memoire de Forme Formula!

It is a “non-sticky associative polymer gel with innovative elasticity”. Erm that’s a bit too techy for me but basically it is a new texture that, on contact, melts and adheres to the skin. It has a smoothing and refreshing effect thanks to its 70% water formulation and concentration of floral water.

It blends really easily and by the time you have applied it, the gel has reformed into jelly. Amazing! Clever old associate polymer gels!?!? Ahem…

Givenchy Extravagancia 2014 Blush Memoire is a really fun and effective product. It actually works really nicely on the lips as a stain too, so it’s a great little multi-tasker! I’m keeping it in my makeup bag for sure.
