Garnier Micellar Oil Infused Cleansing Water Review

I love a product that offers us a bit of a twist on the norm and this new cleansing water from Garnier certainly does that. I have seen micellar water, and I have seen micellar oils, but this is the first time I have seen a cleansing water infused with oil, without any greasy residue. It’s pretty clever! Here’s the low down on the Garnier Micellar Oil Infused Cleansing Water.

Garnier Micellar Oil Infused Cleansing Water Features
- Micellar cleansing agents capture impurities
- Oils instantly dissolve makeup
- Leaves even dry & sensitive skin soft, fresh & clean
- Skin feels nourished and calm
- No greasiness is left behind
- Argan oil is rich in essential fatty acids & vitamin E

And it’s such a pretty bottle. I love the way the oil mixes in with the water and then instantly starts to separate again. It’s like the skincare equivalent of a lava lamp!

After you have shaken it up, you need to get it on to a cotton pad pretty quickly before it starts to separate again, so just be ready with your pads. It smells so good – it is kind of fruity, maybe like peach? It’s lovely. The formula glides over the skin beautifully and feels really fresh and cooling. It lifts off makeup and dirt with ease and leaves my skin feeling soft and clean.

Considering that the formula is infused with oil, there is absolutely zero greasiness left behind. The micelle technology removes the oil once it has done its job of breaking down the makeup. I found it great on long-wear and waterproof.
I love this stuff! I think it is the perfect morning cleanse if you’re short on time and a great first cleanse at night to get off all the gunk before you go in with something more therapeutic and deep cleansing.
Garnier Micellar Oil Infused Cleansing Water is £5.99 RRP although available to order online HERE much cheaper. There are also Garnier Micellar Oil Infused Cleansing Water Wipes (here).

Ohhh Now this looks interesting. I love the original formula of this product – so to see something different and with Argan is winner, winner – chicken dinner for me!! 🙂 Can’t wait to get my hands on it xx
ha!! Yes I like the original too but this is better I think xx
This looks really interesting, this is going to sound a little insane but does it sting your eyes at all? Sometimes when i’m using my oil on my face at night if a little goes in my eye it stings for ages! Really like the look of this though, I might have to pick some up! xx

Interesting – never heard of an “oil infused” micellar water before. I’ve actually tried both Garnier’s Cleansing Oil and their Micellar Water and they were pretty good.
Thanks for sharing!

Unfortunately the link you have attached where it is cheaper from amazon is for 100ml bottle when the one from boots it is 400ml and 5.99 so it is much cheaper to buy it at boots.
