I think fans of Garnier’s original BB Cream will like this as Garnier BB Cream Blur employs the same BB cream formula but with added smoothing and pore minimising from the Blur element. But then you probably guessed that from the name!!

Personally, I have never really loved the Garnier BB, although definitely not disliked it, but I do love a blur product and think this one is much more up my street.
Garnier BB Cream Blur Formula
It promises to be a moisturiser that delivers a hint of colour and coverage and also primes the skin. It contains Glycerin, Mineral Pigments and SPF 30. I am loving the high factor.
So the Garnier BB Cream Blur comes in 2 shades – Light & Medium. I have Medium and it is pretty dark! I definitely think I need Light and I am not sure that anyone with really pale skin could even make Light work.
Garnier BB Cream Blur Swatch in Medium

Super dark!! It is actually not quite as scary as it looks and I did manage to make it work on my skin with a bit of extra blending. I do think I would get a much better brightening effect from the Light shade, however.
So you can see it in action, I have some before and after photos for you.
Garnier BB Cream Blur Review – Before & After Photos

After some blending, I managed to make medium work and actually really liked the effect. It would look so much better in Light but it added a nice amount of sheer coverage and had a great mattifying effect. As promised, it did blur the appearance of my enlarged pores – the thing I hate most about my skin (alongside pigmentation!). It has a very light feel and I forgot I was wearing it.
I think it would work well under foundation for a really flawless and protected finish or for easy makeup days for a nice relaxed look.

Here I am wearing it with a touch of cream blush (Benefit Majorette), a slick of lip gloss (MAC Alluring Aquatic) and a coat of Revlon Bold Lacquer by Grow Luscious mascara, which I actually haven’t reviewed before.
Garnier BB Cream Blur is out now for £12.99. Find it at Boots.

Quite keen to try this and compare it to the other skin perfectors that I love. Blurring products are amazing. Have taken to wearing them rather than tinted moisturisers. http://www.clementinebuttercup.blogspot.co.uk
