I adore the Estee Lauder Shadow Paints – they are really easy to apply, blend well and then set into a long lasting finish that stays looking beautiful!

I think my favourite one for everyday is the Estee Lauder Shadow Paint in Halo. Here it is:

It is a beautiful champagne colour that looks really pretty on its own or it makes an amazing base to layer powder on top of.

I just smooth it on with my finger:

And then lightly work it in with a brush as it sets.

You can see what a beautiful finish it is on the left. I love it! If you use it under powder eye shadow, it really helps to increase its staying power too. Excellent!

Whilst I was at the Estee Lauder Christmas event, I got to have a sneak peak at the brand new eye colours that will be launching in January 2013. Say hello to the Estee Lauder Pure Color Stay-On Shadow Paints Collection. I think I love them!

These are seriously gorgeous eye colours that are super soft and creamy and can be worn as a wash of colour or as a real statement eye with increased intensity. They also promise 12 hours of wear which is very exciting!! There are 9 shades in total – here’s a shot which I think includes them all. Sorry, the quality isn’t the best:
