First  we had the absolutely beautiful Estée Lauder Pure Color Envy Sculpting Lipsticks which are completely unreal – see them HERE. The next phase in Envy is a complete colour collection that include 5-color eyeshadow palettes, a range of nail shades and some new lipstick additions. More on the lipstick and nail shades later, but the star of the show in this post is this Estee Lauder Pure Color Envy Sculpting EyeShadow Palette.

First the packaging is just amazing. Styled in the same way as the Pure Color Envy Lipsticks with deep blue and gold casing with that special magnetic close – it is seriously luxurious and elegant. Love it! There are 10 different palettes in the range so there’s an amazing choice.

The palettes contain 5 shades which include a range of finishes. The left shade is the Reflect shade, then there’s 2 matte shades and 2 satin shades.

The textures are just beautiful – silky soft and buttery smooth. It feels like a whole new step forward for Estee Lauder in terms of the quality of texture and pigment. It contains Estee Lauder’s Advanced True Vision Technology which features “pigments and pearls with multi-faceted colour spheres to add the ultimate dimension”.

The shadows can be used dry for creamy velvet coverage or applied wet for greater intensity and impact. The palette is designed to allow wet brushes and applicators to dry – they have thought of everything!

As you can see, the shades in my palette are like neutral perfection and in fact all the different colourways represent different takes on a neutral theme. Very chic indeed!
